This policy explains how we handle information through the through-one.com website and our internal integrations with authorised commerce and advertising accounts. ThroughOne is not offered as a public consumer service.

2. Information we process

Depending on the integration and permissions granted, we may process:

• business account, shop and advertiser identifiers;
• product, campaign, creative, traffic, conversion and performance data;
• authorisation credentials required to maintain an approved connection;
• technical and security records needed to protect and troubleshoot the platform; and
• information you provide when contacting us.

3. How we use information

We use information to operate authorised integrations, produce internal reports, analyse business performance, improve operational decisions, protect the platform and comply with applicable obligations. We do not sell personal information.

4. Authorisation and access

We access platform data only after the relevant account owner or authorised user grants permission. Access is limited to approved personnel and can be revoked through the relevant platform or by contacting us.

5. Storage and security

We apply reasonable technical and organisational safeguards. Sensitive credentials are kept server-side and protected at rest. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, and we review safeguards in proportion to the data processed.

6. Service providers and platforms

We may use infrastructure and platform providers, including Cloudflare and TikTok, to host the service and operate authorised integrations. Those providers process information under their own terms and privacy policies where applicable.

7. Retention

We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the authorised business purpose, security, record-keeping and applicable legal obligations. We may delete or anonymise information when an integration is disconnected or no longer needed.
